Sorry for the lack of posts guys! I’ve been super busy with lifeStarted an anabolic type diet which has been ~okay~. I’ve slipped once so far and tomorrow is Thanksgiving :/
Might give it another go post holidays because i did like some of the progress I was getting before I screwed up. Meals clockwise L to R:
-9oz peppered center cut pork loin, mashed cauliflower with bacon, and broccoli
-1/2 cup of dry roasted almonds and 1oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
-Pork Roast Florentine from Trader Joe’s
-Ground turkey and white kidney bean chili
-Scrambled eggs with chicken, cheese, and broccoli; broccoli on the sideNOM NOM NOM
